The "Don't Brie-lieve the Hype" Cheese Board

Aged Pecorino (The Purist): Since Cacio e Pepe salami is basically pasta in meat form, this cheese is the only plus-one it needs. It’s salty, sharp, and doesn’t have time for your feelings.
